Rally Road Racers, previously titled Silk Road Rally, is a 2023 animated sports comedy film crafted by the talented Ross Venokur, who both wrote and directed it. The story centers around novice racer Zhi, who embarks on a mission to rescue his rural village from the clutches of the nefarious racer and real estate mogul, Archie Vainglorious. Rally Road Racers is a disaster at domestic Box Office.
This film is a collaborative international effort, bringing together production teams from the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. It is produced by Virtuso Productions, Riverstone Pictures, Kintop Pictures, and Vanguard Animation, in partnership with LipSync and REP Productions 6 Ltd.
Rally Road Racers made it’s theatrical debut in the United States through Viva Kids on May 12, 2023, followed by it’s release in the United Kingdom by Vertigo Releasing on September 15. Despite it’s limited theatrical run, the film garnered positive reviews from critics.
