NCIS Actor Gabriel Olds Accused of Rape
In July 2024, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office filed seven charges of Rape against him and issued a substantial arrest warrant totaling $3.5 million, according to their statement. This investigation began in January 2023, following a report from a 41-year-old woman who accused Gabriel Olds of raping her in her residence, as stated by the Los Angeles Police Department.
Shortly thereafter, law enforcement was approached by two additional individuals claiming similar offenses; according to the police statement, these alleged incidents reportedly occurred a decade ago.
According to Los Angeles Police Department, The accusers described alleged “consensual dating encounters that descended into violent intimate assaults.”
As per Detective Brent Hopkins, “We heard the same story again and again, the actor would present as charming to his alleged victims and then used brutal violence to carry out these rapes.”
According to police reports, Gabriel Olds, known for his short roles in series like NCIS and FBI International, reportedly leveraged his Ivy League background and reputation in Hollywood to connect with women and set up dates, as claimed by his accusers.
According to PEOPLE, Police Authorities claim that multiple individuals have come forward, stating they encountered Gabriel Olds on various dating applications over the last few years.
As per Los Angeles Police Department, “Each victim reported that Olds lured them into a false sense of security during their initial encounters, then turned violent without seeking their consent”.
